We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at [stylemite@stylemite.com]. Please fill in your order number and the return reason to submit the return request. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your return to be authorized. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 business days after our Stylemite's authorizes the return. If you do not ship your return package within this time frame and provide us the tracking number, we will regard your return request as cancelled. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition (unopened, unused,unmarked and not disfigured). Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [SK V1 Center B #1231. 111, Sinnaeyeok-ro, Jungnang-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea]. Refunds for return can be processed after arriving at our warehouse. All returns must be sent back to our designated return center unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. Stylemite is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All exchange & returns are subject to validation and approval at stylemite's discretion and possible to reject any change requests without prior notice. We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell. If we find that your returned items are defective or wrong items, we will gladly refund the return shipping cost to you. However, we will not be able to arrange return shipping refunds for change of mind, samples, free gifts. Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
